longhouse front project
Ben Davidson taught teens aged 13 – 18 an eight day
painting course directed towards the application of Haida
designs to the blank longhouses at Swan Bay similar to Windy Bay`s
Longhouse front. The participants from other camps had the opportunity
to complete the paintings. This project was mainly funded by Gwaii Trust.
